He made me feel like he Truly cared and listened to my needs as a future patient. He even Personally assisted me in filling out my paperwork, and by picking it up and dropping it off at office for me, as I wasn't able to do so myself. I feel very confident that the rest of my experiences with this company will be just as positive."

"Nurse Cook is excellent. However, the support staff for clinical, plus Dana, and the front desk staff are GROSSLY NEGLIGENT, IRRESPONSIBLE, RUDE, AND NEED TO BE FIRED. These individuals have a lack of care and have no ethical reason to be in this type of field. I've called numerous times and messages aren't given to a clinician. Yesterday I called several times and was hung up on. A disruption in medication will lead to withdrawal and they just didn't care. I've requested to speak to Operations Director but the staff refused to transfer call or provide an email."

Before, I had few issues scheduling appointments and getting a hold of someone through the phone, but I think that problem has been resolved and I am able to easily schedule appointments. If there are any changes that need to be made (for example: if a script needs to be sent elsewhere), the team is on top of their game and are able to assist me ASAP!
