"I would like to commend the nurse at this clinic. My brother and i were there this past sunday and witnessed a couple be very rude to this nurse. They were clearly late for their appointment and expected to be seen before us even though we were on time. Even though she tried to explain how late they were to them they were very rude. After they left she took us in and provided such pleasant care. She took her time. we had such a great experience and there is no wait time!"
"I admit I was leery when I saw the reviews. I decided to try it out anyway. I had a great experience. Had a 4:30 appointment and was called in exactly on time. I needed a PPD for work and the staff was helpful and very pleasant. I checked in on my phone and did all the pre appointments checklists easily. I would certainly use this clinic as a means to avoid urgent care for the things they provide. Thanks!!"
"Would give zero stars if that were an option. Hands down the worst service I have ever received. The person working this minute clinic closed her door, FaceTimed someone, then opened the door and told me I was too late for my appointment. Even though I had been there the entire time! She was also rude and disrespectful."
"a joke - do not go here. we had to get a vaccine for traveling, made an appt, the receptionist was facetiming and missed our appointment, then made sure we couldn’t get the shot because we “weren’t checked in” - literally insane. do not waste your time or $$. go elsewhere."
"Incredibly disappointed. Had a tdap test scheduled for 12.10p on Sunday, May 22. I arrived — and no one was at work. I asked the CVS employees if they had any idea regarding timing and they said they didn’t and that I was the fourth person that had asked. I called Minute Clinic’s customer service, who said they needed to message a supervisor to figure out why no one was there. I left my number, so hopefully I get some clarity. Avoid this location — totally unprofessional."
