"I have to disagree with a lot of these reviews below, whereas I had the opposite experience. They opened their doors exactly at 8am, the place was clean, free WiFi, sufficient waiting room seating, super friendly staff & Dr. Everybody made me feel super comfortable & safe."

"I had the best experience here I was so nervous at first but Sharissa was amazing she really made me feel soo much better and made me feel confident in my decision. She held my hand through out the whole procedure. , and the doctor was great as well everyone was extremely kind and helpful . I didn’t feel judged at all . I would definitely recommend this place ."

"I can see this location (only one I’ve been to) getting a lawsuit soon. EVERYTHING is what’s wrong with this planned parenthood from the time they say they’re open, the way staff conduct themselves to patients privacy. This location needs serious NEW management or maybe planned parenthood itself needs better people higher ups cause clearly they don’t care. I’ve been sitting out front since 7:45 (Saturday) and it’s now 9:36 and it’s still not open. I called yesterday to confirm will it be open and what time , also checked google and planned parenthood website…..all said 8am. People have lives and other things to do how can we trust them with our health if they can’t even be considerate with the most simple thing as open when your suppose to or decent courtesy to update the schedule."

"They didn’t open even though I called and they said they’d be open at 8:30 am , it’s 9:08 been there since 8 am since the website says 8 am these people are careless and couldn’t give a …. About you , your time or if you get sick because of them it’s freezing code blue and not even a note ? Saying you won’t open talked to the Christian people apparently they do this very often and don’t care about people’s times UPDATE YOUR HOURS have that decency they need to replace everybody there to be honest … people call out of work just because you’re irresponsible doesn’t mean everybody else is ..update: it’s 9:30 am and they’re still not open .. disgraceful ..disappointed elizabeth allows this"

"There is a lot of lack of communication at this place. First of all i had to go back to planned parenthood the following business day because they forgot to give me my bill . Very inconvenient because I’m in school and i work. I was suppose to have a follow up appointment today. Never received a text nor a call. I will NEVER come to planned parenthood again or recommend it to anyone. What kind of place is this ? There is lack of organization, lack of communication and also when i used free transportation the instructions were in Spanish im not a Spanish speaker there should be an option to change it back to English. As a customer I’m very disappointed."
