"I’ve debated writing this but have decided if this helps one person then it’s worth it. I went today for a laser appointment and was scolded at by Dr. Ayman El-Attar within two mins of my consultation. I’m very much an advocate of my health and like to ensure I understand what is about to be done so I asked questions where I was confused. I truly think I was given a treatment based on being a Groupon purchaser and not “private pay”. I was spoken down to, embarrassed and dismissed by him. I was shocked to experience an interaction with a highly regarded professional to this extent and I wish that no other woman should ever be made to feel inferior, just because they use their voice. The two women I met on staff there were very pleasant and accommodating. I hope he was just having a bad day and this isn’t common practice. If you decide to go, best to keep all your questions to yourself. I will never return."

"I did a microdermabrasion facial with Mary, who was very nice and helpful with recommendations on products. I love that she didn’t try to sell me their products but suggested things I can buy at Harmons. This was the 1st time I’ve done microdermabrasion so i can’t compare with anywhere else; the facial was fine - nothing special but worth the Groupon price i paid."

"The staff blatantly lies to the face and does not respect the client. Promises are not fulfilled, even after being reminded for 2 weeks. The client is interesting only until the moment the money is received. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"I have been coming here for a couple years, and have gotten different laser hair removal packages. I honestly really like the doctor and the laser has been working really well for me. The doctor adjust the laser to my hair/skin type and I have never had any issues, the contrary, my skin looks great and I have almost no hair on treated areas."

"Honestly i feel they should refund the money. i went for a facial and its a tital waste of money.. if i had put a cream at home and slept that d be better.. it s a scam.. although they are very welcoming people. you guys should do some research on how to do a facial nd how to treat peoples’ money and time with dignity and respect.."
