Union Community Health Center - (2021 Grand Concourse)

"Absolutely ridiculous & irresponsible. ((((When i went in the staff was nice!)))) however , My appointment was January 9th , it’s now February 2nd and they still don’t have my results. I’ve called 4 times today & although i know and understand it isn’t the people I’m on the phone with fault .. it’s still aggravating. They’ve transferred me several times to the department i need and no answer within the last few hours. My results aren’t even on the portal. It’s baffling to me. While writing this review the doctor called me and within a matter of a minute or two she was trying to brush me off of the phone even though i was explaining to her I’m not clear on anything. And during my appointment i told her specifically what i needed to know. I understand it’s in the Bronx but we’re still humans , we should be getting treated the same way anyone else would outside of the Bronx. Now i need to take another day to get a second opinion bc i don’t feel clear on anything at all and feel like i was told everything is okay just to not have to keep dealing with me."

"Kind staff but me and my mom waited for the place to open just to wait even longer! To make it worse when they finally called me and was ready to do an xray the computer broke down! My tooth hurts soo much and I'm not sure if I can wait any longer it's been almost 3 hours since we got here at 8. I don't recommend this place if you want your dentist appointment to be fast. Also they call other people who just got here instead of you which isn't fair at all."

"I can’t believe how amazing this place is. It doesn’t look like much from the outside or even in the waiting area. But the dentists and assistants in this place are the single most kind, professional, excellent people you’ll ever meet. They have so much sympathy and are so incredibly gentle and kind. I have been searching for the right dentist care office for a long time and I found it here for myself and my children. Highly recommend."

"Came with my mom, made an appointment over the phone, no appointment when we got there, but they have her records there, next appointment booked July 7 @ 11:30 it so far out. Unbelievable! The front desk were on lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30 pm. The lady said, it can not be, your mom having an appt we are having lunch now!! Then a lady attendant came out from having lunch and help the 1199union member, in booking my moms appointment. I said have a great day, she did not say anything back very unprofessional!! Also one elevator its very slow."
