"I have been to Procore Physical Therapy numerous times for different issues over the years. I found Steve and his staff at the Blauvelt office to be professional, honest, informative, knowledgeable of care needed and personal to your needs. You form a bond and friendship. It's not just about the money, they care. Connie is a sweet heart and tries to be accomadating with appointments as she possibly can. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They really help you get back to where you need to be. I recommend you give it a try if you need therapy."
"ProCore is a very impressive physical therapy practice. Over the years I've been under the care of a variety of PT's, but I've never encountered anyone as knowledgeable, competent, and pleasant to work with as Steve McCune, the owner of this practice. I think Steve is a true master in his field. Within only a few weeks I've seen major improvement in a long-standing problem, and my husband, who is also going to ProCore, is having a similar experience. The PT assistants are very capable and friendly."
"I was a patient back in 2014/2015. I'm having reoccurring issues and my Dr prescribed me PT again. When I called to make an appointment I was greeted by a rude and nasty woman - Connie. I said i was hoping to make an appointment tomorrow and in return she asked if I was a new patient so I explained the situation. She snidely remarked and chuckled well your a new patient and not going to be seen tomorrow then. Her tone alone seemed like I was bothering her and my phone call was an inconvenience. I hope she doesn't treat everyone like this, if so I'm sure your business is suffering from her unprofessional character. I will be looking elsewhere for physical therapy services."
