She asks questions and listens to what you say. She did not appear to have a "Set Rehab" program like many of her competitors. She gave me exercises that were best for me, she strongly encouraged me to be diligent with my home PT and did not let me off the hook. It was great. Her expertise and game plan was focused and she did not waste time with useless exercises that I already mastered. In the end, I am 6 weeks ahead of where I was 4 years ago in terms of recovery. No working with 2-3-4 patients at a time, shouting across the room "how are you doing over there", or handing you off to some "assistant" (aka, student trainee). Exercises mostly using your body, a chair or wall or elastic band, all things that will transfer easily when you go home to further your healing more rapidly. No complicated machines that are only available at her office, leaving you with nothing when you go home.
