"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order through their website a month ago. They canceled the order by refunding my PayPal payment, not other notice from them, just a refund from PayPal... So I called their customer support, which went to voicemail. I left my name, order number, and the reason why I was calling them. A few hours later I received a call from a man who worked for them. He had no idea who I was, why I was calling, or what my order number was, he only knew that he had a call from my number. I left all of that information in my voicemail, so if he cared at all, he would have looked up the order and been prepared for our conversation. Instead, he was completely unprepared and short with me. He could not even tell me why my order had been cancelled, but that it was probably because something I had ordered was out of stock. Their website still showed that all 4 items I had ordered were in stock, so I knew that was not the case. I had to ask 3 times for him to look into why my order was cancelled before he agreed to do so and then promised to call me back. He never called me back. They have not returned any other phone calls or emails that I have sent them. These guys are an absolute joke, they are dishonest, do not follow through, do not care about their customers, and you should avoid them at all costs."
