Walk-In Urgent Care

"I was hesitant to go here because of the reviews, but I had an amazing experience even though I was extremely weak and sick. Everyone was very pleasant from the front desk, nurse and practitioner. I love how knowledgeable the doctor was and explained everything in full detail. I waited around 10 minutes to be seen and left with the right medications needed. I loved that it saved me a trip to the hospital and the doctor even recommend some stuff to try at home to alleviate my symptoms."

"I was one of two patients and they made us wait 40 min. They ran a Covid test which was not even what we came in for and we found out the physician wasn't even in! They made us sit in the office without any explanation after the fact and I said if you can call us with the results, why they are just having us sit and wait for another 20 min in the office until I said I can't sit anymore. It was the worse experience I had at this clinic. But another time when the physician was in, it went very differently on that visit. I guess when a physician isn't in, the staff is completely incompetent and useless. We wasted an hour for a test I could have done at home. And they never even called back with a result even 2 days later. They should tell you right up front if the physician isn't in but it was really shady what they did. Unfriendly staff. People come in because they are sick and to make people wait that long without explanation and just cold and aloof, it's uncalled for and very unprofessional."

"I was 1 of 2 patients and ive been waiting an hour. There's no excuse. I had to walk out and ask what was going on and got the typical "they'll be with you shortly response." Even if a test took 30 mins to analyze, tell the patient what the heck is going on. Very poor service and unprofessional- why test your clients' patience especially if they're ill?"
