"Today I went to Chai Urgent Care Jersey City location and was seen by Edgaryn Abreu, PAC; he has very good bedside manner. He greeted me when he entered the room. Asked how I was feeling. He showed that he cared about me as a patient."

"If I could give negative stars I would. This place charges you one price initially and then after seeing a doctor says they need to charge you again because they forgot to charge for what I was being seen for. These people are like car dealership salesmen. They never explain clearly what they charge for. The manager is very rude and hung up on me. If you don’t like the feedback for employees who do not know how to do their job then you need to do an overhaul and hire an entirely new staff."

"Yes Ms Maria is amazing I have an autistic son that doesn’t allow anyone to touch him she was able to check his temp and his breathing while talking him through it and she was able to do the swabs for testing without him screaming she made us feel comfortable and she made him smile when she said breath out ur nose like a dragon to do the sample. The provider came in and saw us and was nice he explained everything. I greatly appreciate you and your staff and the manager very nice and welcoming. Front desk very friendly and efficient. Thank you so much Jersey City Staff for all your help"

"The Jersey City Office staff is amazing I had the girl jazz come in introduced herself I informed her I had difficult veins she called her supervisor very nice amazing lady Maria came in introduced her self talked me through every step, made me laugh and comfortable and my blood was taken with no issues no bruising. The manager was awesome he even cleans while his staff works very friendly. The office is looking more patient friendly now and Dr Kwame is amazing as well. No long wait time either"

"I brought my two daughters there to get seen today. The staff was friendly and concerned. The service was prompt and thorough. They explained everything about my daughter’s conditions in detail so I understand why they were feeling bad. I recommend this urgent care and will be back if needed in the future.
