"Awful service - managed by Hackensack Hospital group now and has gotten even worse. Bad service, all your calls go to a call center and get screened, you speak to a different person every time. Any issues that need resolving, need to get re-resolved AGAIN with a different person. Different answers to questions every time you speak to someone. Sometimes they wont even answer calls. The worse! How does a place like this even stay in business? Best part is you don't even get care from a MD, just a practioner that pushes you through the system."
"A horrible experience! They do not pick up any calls! They give attitude to their customers no matter if they’re badly sick or not! They do not even half enough staff members and make us wait there for hours! I do not know how they are even in business when they know everyone hates their service! Not even the doctors are professionals! They’re always out for vacation or day off! Worst of all they are horrible with phone calls, I have no idea what kind of staff they have there, but it is just a horrible experience. Please do not visit this place, they do not care for your or your family’s health. They just want your damn money."
"I have been requesting my kids records for over a month ago and they are still giving me problems that they cannot release their records because it's a violation of HIPAA when I don't understand how is that a violation when they are going to get released to myself I am the parent.I can't get in contact with neither the medical records department or the office and when I get transferred to the office they put me on hold more than 15 minutes and then they hung up on me. Honestly I am so grateful that I left the practice they went from being a bad practice to the worst practice ever. Today I got in contact with the office and I'm asking for the last physical and vaccines for my kids and she's fighting with me telling me she cannot release that information because they are due for a physical. Yes they are due for a physical, and that's why I am requesting their records and going to another doctor, which was said to her at the beginning of the phone call after going back-and-forth for 15 minutes then she tells me the same thing that I told her from the beginning that she is able to send me the last physical and vaccines, when I've been requesting this since the beginning of the phone call."
"Writing this from the waiting room since I have all the time in world apparently. I had an 8 Am appointment, the doors were not open until 8:07, there were people in line in front of me who then signed in before me, even though their appointments were after mine, they signed in first so my appointment time was not honored. Currently 9:23 am and have yet to be seen by the doctor. Completely unacceptable. At the very least appointment times should be honored. While the people working here are nice, I can’t justify the lack of consideration for patient’s time that is clearly not shown here."
"I've never had any issues relating to the receptionists or the doctors. Everyone is very polite and professional which is what you want from your doctor's office. There's two things that drag down the rating substantially, however. The first is the lesser issue, but the visits are very quick to end. It feels like the doctors and nurse practitioners have to move as quickly as possible due to overbooking and tend to rush through questions and explanations. I haven't ever felt like I've received inadequate care, but rushed care makes you feel more like a customer than a patient. The larger issue is significant. You will request an appointment with your primary doctor but when you show up you'll find out it was scheduled with another doctor. It's incredibly difficult to make progress on long term issues when you have to bounce between different doctors, forcing you to explain things two or more times before moving forward. Again, the doctors are not the problem. It's just difficult to bounce from one doctor to another because continuity is important for long term care. I know that this office specifically doesn't book the appointments but I wish the booking system was better than just picking a time frame and seeing which doctor is there when you arrive."
