"This place is all over the place with their hours. I went there on their late day, Tuesday at 6:00 pm and the security guard told me they weren’t taking anymore people. I was totally confused because they close at 7pm and their lobby only had one person. This is the second time this happened to me, the other time was during the day. They are good with the same day results, but very misleading with their hours of operation."

"When they had age requirements a few months back, but they didn't tell us and we were standing around for hours to be told that if you were over 21, you're too old to be seen. They didn't leave any notice in the front of the gate where the line was. When I finally made it inside the doctor said that if you're over 21 and not sure if you have symptoms then you can't be seen. He seemed to have gotten somewhat annoyed b.c I kept telling him that none of the guards gave us this notice plus there wasn't a sign saying we had to be under a certain age in front of the building, plus these clinics are always free for everyone under 25. I waited for like a couple of hours standing around for the doctor to get annoyed me becuase THEiR staff forgot to put the appropriate notice up. I know they changed the age limits fairly recently but NYC health should've updated the website and that shouldn't been the very first thing on the site instead of making people waste time. I like the staff and doctors at the greenpoint location better."

"Chelsea Express clinic is AMAZING. I go at 08:30AM and I’m always out in 25 minutes. I learn stuff while in the waiting room. They have a great app, I get results same day. The staff are so supportive and knowledgeable. They know how to manage nervous people (me), and they are ready to support every outcome. Every time I go I learn more about how to better take care of myself and my partners, what options are available for healthy sex lives, and IT’S FREE!! So thankful."
