"Objectively, this is a nice clinic with nice people who work there. Issue is, they absolutely nickel and dime you. It costs $90+ for an appointment, but after getting there and sitting through a 30 minute appointment, they tell you that only a nurse can prescribe you stuff, and that requires a 15 minute phone call which costs $35. And they obviously don’t tell you any of this up front. So you make another appointment, which can take days, and pay another $35… it’s a pretty big rip off. If you decide to go, it would benefit you to be knowledgeable about your trip and what you do and don’t want ahead of time. Otherwise you may get talked into something that costs $$."

Hannah was very clear on what to expect and any side effects that might occur. I am not a fan of needles and had to get 3 shots to travel to Eastern Africa. They didn't hurt a bit!!''"

"In the past when making appointments you always met with the nurse practitioner, who would recommend what you needed and write you prescriptions on the spot, all in one visit. We drove all the way from Long Island expecting the same experience when we were told now all appointments only come with a registered nurse. We already knew what medications would be needed for our trip, we just wanted confirmation from a professional and to get the scripts we needed. We were told that you now need to book a separate call with the nurse practitioner to get the actual scripts, or we can get them from our general doctor. I am extremely annoyed and feel like our time and money was wasted. We now have to pay separately for this “call” appointment. We used to love Passport Health because it was all one stop and convenient, with someone who was confident about what was needed. Very frustrating."
