"Booked an appointment with a therapist weeks ago. Arrived on time to appointment & was told the person I was scheduled to see wasn't there, and I never received a call about it. They told me to reschedule. Very disappointing experience, not to mention unprofessional. I really needed to speak with someone. Probably best to try somewhere else. Good luck."
