"I recommended this doctor’s office in the past and I deeply regret it. When Dr.Zhang was my primary care dr, I appreciated his care, attentiveness and overall thoroughness. The moment Dr.Zhang left and Dr.Roy began treating me, there seemed to be a shift in care. Dr.Roy and front staff Gemma have completely disregarded my calls and texts for 2 months. I never receive call backs from the doctor and/or front staff, Gemma. It’s a cat and mouse game at this point. I had medication cancelled 2x in July & Oct aside from having to change my pharmacy as per dr’s request. This last Tuesday (11/28) I texted Gemma and now it’s Wednesday night (12/6) and she still hasn’t gotten back to me. No call backs regarding blood work or insurance issues since the beginning of October. I was truly happy with the regimen I started with Dr.Zhang but that all changed the moment he left. I’ve had issues with medication and insurance constantly and the office doesn’t seem to care about the time I spend calling their office, my insurance, and visits. I just don’t feel comfortable with this practice anymore from bed side manner to just entrusting my health. My insurance works harder for my benefits than this doctor’s office, that says a lot! I will say, someone I recommended to the practice has had a very different experience with an RN named Kristen and I’m glad she is being cared for and treated better than I was. Just keep my experience in mind when booking an appointment."
