"This place will make your anxiety worse. The are so bad with paperwork. They tell you to submit your claims to insurance yourself, but the proof of payment paper they give you has all the wrong info. Wrong date. Wrong diagnosis code. Wrong address. When you go back for a correct copy, it’s still wrong. Good luck having them pick up. I’ve gotten my appointment canceled on me, or the therapist is late. Their system was shut down for like 2 weeks. I am not happy with this place, if you can find somewhere else I think you should."

"I have given 4 stars because the staff other then the receptionist idk which one it is, is amazing. The receptionist whoever it maybe I speak to is lazy, inconsiderate and just a plain out liar. I have called over 100 times in a week just 1 day alone was 36 they would pick up and hang up the phone. This is all because I ran out of my meds and needed a refill. Nothing was done even the therapist had to take time out our meeting to tell whoever the lady was to let them know I’m out he has 0 but nothing was done. This is unacceptable and just plain out lazy. She needs to be fired you are only as strong as your weakest link and well that’s it. They even said when I was like if I end up in a mental house that’s my fault right? Yes!! Ohh really because you didn’t do your job it’s my fault. No problem, let’s play that game."

"I have been coming to Serv for almost a year. Appointments get switched or canceled without any notifications or explanations. My therapist is great, but the office staff needs help. They have still not sent any bills to my I insurance company since my first appointment."

"Easily the worst front office staff of any doctors office that I have ever dealt with. You need to call them several times in order to get them to return your call. This even goes for very important calls like prescription refills. The therapist I dealt with was great but the front office staff has made the experience of going there a miserable one. I will not be going back. Stay away from this place."
