"We've been a Milestones family for 10+ years. We've always had a positive experience here, and 100% trust every one of their doctors and nurses with the care of our kids (now 14, 12, and 8). We have seen all of the doctors and find them all to be warm, caring, and supportive. They each have different chemistry with my kids too which is nice (we would almost always see Drs Michaels, Chu and Tirri whom we love, but then my 12yr old son saw Dr Hecht and uniquely connected with her which was nice). In seeing them all, I feel as though our family's relationship is with the entire practice. The nurses Eve and Fran are amazing - very skilled working with little kids, always upbeat, and always ready with reassurance for both parents and patients! I agree with other comments about the strictness regarding appointment times but the upside to this is that the practice runs incredibly efficiently - we've never had to wait more than 10 min, which is much appreciated when you have to run other kids to activities/practices/back to school, etc etc. The current office staff is lovely as well. We are a loyal Milestones family and very grateful for the care they have given our kids over the years."

"I take my 9 month and 2 year old daughters to Milestone and I have nothing but great things to say about this practice. They are extremely professional, timely, and always so nice. We mostly go to Dr. Chu for wellness visits and she is absolutely wonderful. She makes both my girls feel comfortable and answers all my questions/concerns without ever feeling rushed. We’ve gone to the other doctors in the practice too and they all have been great. The nurses are awesome as well."
