"The people who work at this store are fantastic!!! I had dropped my gift card while shopping and I was devastated, thinking there was little hope of finding it. When I came back to the store hours later, as soon as I asked if anyone has found a gift card, they already knew and took me to the register, where they held onto it for me. The team at this store clearly has great communication and coordination. The educator who helped me at the register was so kind and friendly. She was also very responsible and thoughtful to verify the info on the gift card with me to make sure it’s mine, which I appreciated. A huge THANK YOU to the wonderful educators at this store!!!"

"If you are looking for customer service at all, don’t visit this store. The cashier and manager were extremely rude and condescending. I’ve been to lots of lululemon location and spent thousands of dollars here, and I think I’m ready to take my business somewhere else. What I kept hearing was essentially, you are wrong and ridiculous and we don’t want to hear your opinion. Most frustrating experience I’ve had at any stores."
