You need to call like 50 times it’s ridiculous. Answer the phone. You need to leave lots of voicemails and hasty ones too cuz they don’t care"

"I have been here a couple of times had good experiences with Dr.Delsavio and MA Jason. But awesomely experience was PA Pohl and her team. I was Greeted brightly by Soy I was in so pain and was babbling She just listen , Her smile light up my moment and She was positive in receiving my information and give me assurance. Soy made me feel at ease. Short after that PA Pohl came into the room and her bed manners was so awesome and reassuring and Then after Nurse Thomas came in and he very patient and encouraging. They are great team. I would strongly recommend any one with hand pain see PA kohl team."

"I was hesitant of going to this office due to bad reviews I ve read but my daughter had knee injury and need to be seen. I had opportunity to meet a shining and bright smile MA name Soy. Soy was professional she was very nice , she took time and talk with my daughter before doing intake of the injury . She lets us know when doctor was ready and basically told us to have a great day and feel better. I was happy with her service. Upon leaving I saw her gave the same treatment to another patient coming in to the office. I am not sure she will ever get recognition. Thank you Soy for making my day. I would definitely recommend this office."

"Came here with a friend, and the staff checked us in. Waited about half hour and they brought us back into the room, a guy came in and was confused so he called a women named Sonia to come in and assists him with his confusion. She came in extremely rude and her tone of voice was unwelcoming - she stated “the doctor will not come in” she had no idea what was going on, with the patient. I went out to the hallway, to speak to them and clear things up. SONIA is extremely rude!!!! Please train your employee on how to handle patient CARE!!"

"The staff is rude and hate their job. They actually told me they hated Crystal Run during my office visit. My Doctor ordered an MRI and the insurance company needed details as to why I was ordered this test. I called the office to speak to the Dr 3 times and was told that a message would be left for her every time. When i called again to follow up, I got an attitude from the receptionist and when I asked why I was getting an attitude, she hung up on me. This place is very unprofessional. I'm never using Crystal Run again. Years ago it was a comfortable and friendly place to go but now it's all corporate and they treat you like garbage. When I was hung up on today, that was the last straw. This isn't how you treat people who are sick."
