"Had a excellent experience getting fitted! I'm new to running and I had lots of questions around how to avoid irritating various injuries i've collected over the years. The employee who helped me (I think his name was Joshua?) was very knowledgable and patiently answered all my questions and made sure I got the shoes that worked best for me. I've done a few runs with my new shoes and they fit great."
"Staff were really kind, patient and helpful to aid me in buying some shoes. I felt like they listened, and didn't try and upsell me. The fitting service and use of the treadmill to try out the shoes is a way better experience than most stores and especially vs buying online - reassuringly though, I checked out prices online and the shoes I bought were 1 cent cheaper in Brooklyn Running so a win all round!"
"Came in yesterday for the first time. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful.Joseph helped me with a fitting and brought out 3 shoes that would be best for me based on the fitting. I ended up with brooks ghost max. Went for my first run today in my new shoes and I’ve never been so comfortable and fast! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you again Joseph!!"
