"Had a hard time getting someone to help me, cleats I bought were too tight after trying them on the field once and was informed they could not return even for a partial refund. So now I am out $90. Would have been happy to trade for a size up. Will not be going back"
"Everyone is super friendly and informative. The staff really helps you pick your game. I love the points! The pastries, coffee, and happy hour are really appreciated and worth going back for more."
"It was a colder day, and the hot cafe latte with a donut and cookie was a great starter. Delicious. Then finished off with a great tomato soup with the best grilled cheese (with fig jam) sandwich I’ve ever had."
"I love upper90 but unfortunately often they are out of my size in boots (us 10) it’s always wonderful to stop buy and look at the boots kits, balls, etc. just would love for the sizes to be more stocked"
"I really like the store concept. They also have a nice selection of merch and equipment. It’s not the easiest store to shop. For some reason, they don’t have price tags on many of the shoes, which complicates shopping here. Some products, like socks, sit on opposite ends of the store, which doesn’t make sense. My purchase experience was fine, but with one major issue. The shoes I purchased somehow ended up being the left & right of different models, which is partially my fault, but also shows a lack of attentiveness by the staff. I found this out when I got home, so I went straight back to the store to exchange. My second trip to the store was short, but my being there to correct their quality control error seemed to inconvenience the staff based on their efforts to make each interaction as short as possible. Also, it’s criminally easy to apologize to someone even if you don’t mean it, but it didn’t happen this time around. Overall, I like the store and want to have a nice experience, but the way product is merchandised makes shopping more challenging than it should be, and the customer service is underwhelming. I’ll probably go back at some point, but with tempered expectations."
