"I don’t recommend APN Murray in the Clifton office as she could have treated me in a more compassionate way. She also made me feel extremely uncomfortable with recommendations that were unnecessary instead of looking at my history which I sent for more than a month ago. Front staff also should be trained to make appointments the correct way with the knowledge of what the appointment is for. Again I specifically explained why I need to be seen and I left Crying. So no they don’t even get one star."

This woman does the best job as the front end person and speaking with patients as a professional upbeat speaking clearly and Carissa NEVER MAKES YOU FEEL AS IF you are not important! Carsissa has handled the office relocation as if nothing was different and navigating the telephone calls and appts, and patient hysteria like a True Professional. Vanessa who is on maturnity leave is also a woman who is working with patients because SHE CARES AND AS WELL AS CARISSA helps us to navigate thru this crazy time of covid as well as their office temporarily relocated. Riverside has some individuals that look at the job as a paycheck but these two LADIES ARE AMAZING! Use them for future training! Yaaaay Carissa snd Vanessa"
