"This was my first time visiting this office. I always request and fill out my paperwork prior to any doctor's visit in order to save time. I was emailed the forms the morning of my visit when they should have been sent the day I scheduled my appointment, the week before. I had already left, so had to spend the time filling out my info on their IPad. I am absolutely appalled that I waited over 45 minutes in a small crowded reception area with patients entering and standing with little or no social distancing. That is disgraceful! Two other ladies were there to see Dr. Bahdra at the same time I was. I waited another 20 minutes in a room that had no sink or hand sanitizer. It is obvious that many patients are scheduled in short time frames and lined up in the exam rooms. Yes, I am aware that you are always given an earlier arrival time but waiting 1 hour to see the doctor? I was not prepared nor did I expect to see that many patients when I arrived. Needless to say, I am totally dissatisfied with this experience!"
