"I got two laser treatments here, and now I have chronic eczema. 在这里接受了两次激光治疗现在患有慢性湿疹. If you want to develop flaky, dry, red, sensitive eczema skin with wrinkles and deal with a rude manager, this is a place to go. Treatment/Procedure 1. After receiving Picosure laster treatment, my skin became very sensitive and dry. Just one drop of serum would cause burning sensation. I thought it was an initial reaction to a treatment, so I waited out. I even used one of the products they sold (Haracell?) as well (but I thought it was one of the worst after-care products I’ve ever used — just felt like some water-based cream with barely anything). 2. I had to delay my second treatment and when I went for a second treatment, I asked if my skin reaction was normal and if it was okay for the treatment (still sensitive). They said they would just do something “lighter” which was a combination of Excel V and Genesis. 3. Had worse reaction than the first time, my friends started asking what’s wrong (see the photos). I waited for a month again to calm it down, but then my skin not only became too thin (causing wrinkles)/sensitive/dry/flaky, but also would swell badly. No proper instructions of after-care / at-home care for laser either, just told me to put on some vaseline. 4. After trying out different skincare products, I went to 3 different dermatologists, and they all said I now have eczema (which I never had in my life). Got prescribed with steroids (which is not really good for you!) Service Okay, so who would not be mad when you spend $$ to make skin better but get worse? I think the biggest problem is how they acted when I asked them for a refund of the remainder of the package I purchased. The manager at the Jersey City location is EXTREMELY RUDE and had a bad attitude. Constantly questioned why I would have developed eczema (“There must be a different reason”), trying to not to give a refund for the 3 remaining treatments. And they couldn’t even process the refund right away (unlike what they told me on the phone), so apparently you have to go there TWICE in order to get a refund. When I challenged that, she said “How would you get a refund then? Don’t you want a refund?” with a bad attitude. Interestingly, this manager only talked about “rich Chinese people” spending money at the clinic, without explaining much about skin treatments, at my initial consultation."
