"The dr. is alright but the front desk lady is very arrogant and stupid. She only speaks arabic, her english is very poor, doesn’t understand anything you are saying ans hangs up the phone while you are still talking. The office doesn’t even have a proper landline number, they use their cellphones. Communication is very poor"

"Unfortunately there’s no Zero star to give so i had to put one. I wanted to switch my kids primary doctor to Inas Wassef i was told by one of her staff that i can call my insurance provider and ask to change the pediatric and provide a reference number when i’m done. So i brought my twins to bayonne location and receptionist was an old rude lady with glasses, once i got in she said NO stroller which got me confused I’m supposed to be at pediatric what no stroller means! I was given an application to fill out and i was asked for my insurance ID Number i gave it to her and she said she I won’t be able to be seen by the doctor because the change was not made. I was like i already have called my insurance and switched it over to Dr inas then she said with a very bad attitude i know my job i been doing this for years,, i told her there’s a reference number you can check through it she declined the attempt and i had to go back home with my twin because of lack of knowledge and experience. Think twice before you chose Inas Wassef for your kids. Staff are rude and unfriendly so unprofessional."

"Receptionist (old lady with glasses)has a bad attitude and she shows no empathy towards the patients. She behaves and speaks rude to patients when they are already going through stress and trauma because of their child's illness. What surprise me is how people of this cruelty will get employed as receptionist in a children (Paediatric) clinic. Patients are still going there for the Doctor. Doctor is very good and kind person and she need to address this issue and change the receptionist as soon as possible."

"If I could give zero stars I would. First off with all due respect to all races if you are african american and or latina (like myself) do not go here i went with my child and I was just basically unwanted ! They did not want me there the doctor and staff are Jewish and all of the patients as well (which I have no problem with) the front desk lady was rude and impatient! I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life the doctor that examined my son tried so hard to be nice but no! It was so fake ... I wish I knew what I was walking into I would've found my child a whole different clinic! 1st and last time The staff was looking at me like why am I here and even the patients ! They all Gave me and my child weird looks ! NEVER AGAIN!"

"Dr. Inas Wassef, MD------I will give ZORE star if there is an option! She is laterality THE WORST doctor I have ever seen. She was very rude to my baby which she forcefully put her in different positions to exam her. My baby was screaming but she just doesn't care. When I tried to pick up and comfort my baby, Dr. Wassef became upset and asked me why I do that. Seriously? How are you going to continue with a screaming baby and as a mother I shouldn't comfort my obviously scared baby? When my baby come back to the room, she immediately scream when she sees her. Very unprofessional and unsympathetic."
