"My doctor is lovely, but the office employees demonstrate sadistic behavior and should be fired or banned and sent to mandatory in-depth sensitivity training. They seem to enjoy harassing the vulnerable. 1 star UPDATE: There are new doctors and staff members. They are courteous and organized. 4 star."

"Girls are really unprofessional and ratchet. Do not come to this poor clinic. They don’t handle situations correctly and don’t have proper work ethic. Really disgusting attitudes and actions. I live around this clinic and my dog ran out of my house and the girls from this clinic had found it. They claimed they had called animal control but apparently they didn’t show up. They gave my dog away to some stranger just like nothing. Without even taking a name or a phone number. They wouldn’t even tell me the name of the female worker that gave my dog away. Just straight up ratchet. If you go to this place you are truly stooping down so low because this is the worst cheapest clinic ever. And by the looks of what this clinic is rated you can just tell they do not work properly in there. So please do me and my family the favor and do not give this cheap place business."

"This place is not it. The staff is super mean and the doctor leaves a lot to be desired. I arrived at 7:55am for an 8am appoint and the receptionist REFUSED to check me in 5 min early. Then she yelled at me because I didn’t hear her call my name. The doctor arrived at the office 8:30am (why schedule an 8am appoint if you’re not in till 30 min later?). The doctor was in the room for 5 minutes, did not ask me any questions (not even my name), and then gave me her card and asked me to give her a good review……. The two stars if for the lady who took my blood because she was a sweetheart. The rest of the facility should be closed down."

"Evelyn has been an absolute gem making sure a good friend of mine got an appointment, and their insurance was online so they would have no problems with that. Additionally, she made sure that the appropriate medical records were brought to facilitate the initial visit."

"INCOMPETENT & INDIFFERENT I had exactly the same issue as the reviewer below. Here are the bunch of blunders committed by so called reputed medical group in a SINGLE VISIT: 1. They were unprofessional enough to call me for copay collection when I was right in the middle of the call with their Doctor- apparently couldn't even wait for the visit to be over. 2. I made a copay & they put it to an incorrect account. 2 days later they called me forcing me to pay again w/o waiting for the refund to reflect in my credit card statement. 3. The preventive checkup was put in incorrectly as a regular visit & I am now being chased by Labcorp & RWJ to pay for all the checkups and visits. All this when I told clearly all the 3 people I met in their office that it was a "preventive visit"- the front office lady, the lady who did the physicals & the Doctor herself. 4. I was forced to join a follow-up call by their associate (I already had the blood reports with me) saying it would be just 20$ copay. I took the call & paid it. However, because they didn't file the initial visit as preventive & knew the customer wouldn't pay for their blunder, they IMPOSED an 80$ ADDITIONAL due against the follow-up phone call. So they expect me to pay 100 $ for a 5 min phone conversation just to discuss the blood work report I ALREADY HAD!! THEY LIED saying it would be 20$ copay before he call. 5. I called up almost 5-6 times & every time I hear some new story from the supervisor. I also had a conference call with insurance, Labcorp & their office associate. They said they would pass it to billing dept for correction. 2 months have passed since then & I now I am getting past due notices from Labcorp. Since they're just fooling around, they don't give the billing dept details either for us to chase back. The latest story from their supervisor 2 weeks back was "we're trying to update the claims in Labcorp systems but its 'in process' & cant be amended". Well if its in process, how the hell have I got bills & past due notices . The answer was "its complicated & I can't explain to you". Just because we're listening in hope of a resolution doesn't mean we're idiots. Everytime I call, they say they'll get back when its done & NEVER call back. Its been 2 months now & I am in a limbo. Imagine the amount of mental harassment & torture these people are giving their customers. I have WASTED hours talking to almost all of their customer facing associates, Labcorp , insurance....all this for a mistake that they did. And yet they do not seem to care less."
