"Called to get a car home from the airport. Got grilled by the person who answered the phone who wouldn't tell me if there was a car available or how much it would be unless I told him my flight information. I had already landed and was just trying to get home. My flight number was irrelevant, but he wouldn't let me order a car without providing that info. So I called another car service that sent a car immediately without asking me 20 questions. Will never use them again."

"I used to take this cab service all the time always good wit the prices. Expect the drivers they have are very rude and very unprofessional. As a taxi driver your suppose to make sure your passenger is comfortable and making sure your going in the right direction. Great example tonight going home and he tried to drop me off at a whole different location and wanted to try to charge me more for going to the original address he was suppose to go too. The base is no help they’ll defend their drivers even if their in the wrong. Your better off wit Uber or Lyft. Disgusting"
