"Dr Cotinho is great. Love him. The rest of the place is not good at all. Front desk are fine if all you need is to make an appointment. One of the other Drs there administered TWICE the amount of medication to me that they were supposed to. I lived (obviously) but it was extremely unpleasant and the staff and the Dr that made the error brushed it off like it was no big deal. And I have to sat that since the practice sold things have only gotten worse. Even Dr Cotinho is not as amazing as he used to be. Absolutely no fault of his own! They have him scheduled at a pace that makes it impossible to do the job the way he wants to. Frankly I wish he would leave and go to a better practice. He is the only reason I stay."

"Dr. Mann and his assistants Yuka and Jillian saved my day. I was greeted with nothing but professionalism from the first phone call up until I exited the office. I left less stressed and believing I am in good hands. The ladies were thorough and courteous. Dr. Mann’s bedside manner is absolutely awesome and comical. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mann and his assistants. I am so glad I called and they were able to fit me in this morning, after such short notice. Awesome, awesome, awesome. Just a great environment over all."

"They DO NOT give you any info, and then stick you with a huge bill! I never gave informed consent! I went there for a consultation, just to talk to the doctor about a possible procedure, everything went great then I get a bill for $700! Turns out talking to the doctor costs a lot AND during the conversation he offered to do a quick ultrasound just to make sure I'm good to go, so I agreed. At no point did he indicate a fee, I never saw any cost breakdowns."

"I wouldn't have done my procedure there had I known they won't back you up if you need help with some paperwork. Dr Seamen stated that if I needed a few days to recover that it would be no problem... That's not what they told my company or wrote on the paperwork sent to them. Poorly run place, organization skills needed... Edit : responding to the Dr. I set it at 3 stars now because you had the courtesy to reply, and because the procedure was smooth and painless. But you wrote on the paper work that time off wasn't necessary. That isn't what you told me when we spoke."

"Never dealt with a more incompetent billing department. Since my visit on 12/31/20 (which they still have not refunded me my copay since I met my deductible). I've been getting hounded for a bill that I can't get an explanation for. I had paid all copays for the subsequent visits. Truly a nightmare to deal with. Definitely would not recommend if you want to deal with an office that is organized and communicates."
