"Car 48 didn’t look when pulling into gear and came within a half inch of hitting me, rolled down his window and started cursing at me. When I called dispatch to complain I was told I didn’t need to be rude because she isn’t the driver, like I wasn’t almost just killed due to driver 48s sheer ignorance Terrible company, use anyone else"

"I now see why it has only 2.3 stars I got in and this guy asked me if I could pay the money it was going to cost me to get home at a gas station he wanted me to put my card into a gas pump so that he could get gas so his company apparently doesnt even give them gas cards or any way to buy the company's own gas I didn't trust that he was only going to put in that amount creepy seeming Indian guy or something obviously doesn't speak much English or work much with customers he was very rude he said then get out of my cab don't waste my time don't waste my gas I got out and had to walk all the way back home made it home at 7 walked all day from11 a. M. To walk home lesson learned never calling them again good luck Indian guy maybe try respecting your customers my apologies for needing a car ride home so sorry that I can't get a license and car of my own because I get seizures and suck at tests so i keep failing the written test"

"Hey tbh the only bad experience I've had was a cab being late. The taxies are in relatively good condition, and some of the drivers are very nice and willing to help you if you don't have proper change. I liked the app they have and the speedy response even when out of town. I highly recommend shore taxi over other cab services, go ahead call shore cab. But watch out and crack a window some cabs smell like smoke and cigarettes"

"We told the gentleman 2 stops. Pinewood st and long branch. My friend needed to get to work and I at long branch. He said $40.00. We get to her destination for work and he says an additional 9.00 to long branch or get out on her stop. He spent to much time talking on his cell thru the whole trip today. 8/11/23"

"Very horrible company, highly unprofessional on both ends the female dispatch is trash, her tone comes off rude and the cabs take forever to come no matter the time or day you get the same garbage service. Better off getting a Uber at least you know they hold their employees to certain standard this company has none at all and you tell that they enjoy being low class and low rate. I would not recommend them to no one."
