The booking process started when I sent a personal text to its owner, Bill. I had many questions about the ride and pricing and he responded to me promptly in text replies and then referred me to booking with his wife, Linda. Linda was also a joy to deal with as she also was readily available via text when I had questions. She also made a point of keeping me updated on the pickups from my home and airport, providing me with a confirmation of the addresses and the name of the driver assigned to us. We were very fortunate to be assigned Phil as our driver, who we absolutely loved. He arrived early and was extremely professional and personable. My girlfriend and I were flying to California, and being someone familiar with the area we were visiting, Phil provided us with a wealth of information. We had some really nice conversations on our rides to and from the airport. We couldn't have asked for a better driver. Thank you, Phil, for making our ride so enjoyable. We miss you! Suffice to say, we are extremely pleased with Sperling Car Service. There's a reason this company has a consistent 5-star review rating and that is they put emphasis on customer satisfaction. I was also pleased with their pricing and the fact that they include the gratuity into the final quote so I am not fumbling around at the end of the drive to give the driver a tip.
