"Horrendous experience. Kid that was working HAD LESS THEN ZERO INTEREST in helping anyone out in the store. Stood behind counter and gave terse, unrecognizable answers to questions asked. Checkout took forever, as employee working at Willowbrook mall LIDS store couldn't figure out how to scan anything. In the end, despite the store being completely empty, this same kid claimed to have NO BAGS to put my merchandise in, so put my stuff in a garbage bag! I will NEVER GO BACK"
"I was searching for a particular hat and just when the one sales associate thought they didn't have it...BAM!!! Another associate finds it hidden behind other hats! I was so happy because I couldn't even find this hat online. Thank you gentlemen of Lids!"
"Only 3 stars because I wanted to purchase numerous hats but was told by an employee that they do not accept credit card payments because their internet was down, and they were only accepting exact cash for items...That made a lot of customers walk out"
