"I had an appointment scheduled for today while I was waiting a gentleman walked in inquiring about getting information sent to his people a the Veterans clinic. I overheard the man ask the front receptionist if he was polite, when she finally understood the man she replied with a yes, he then asked why then did she roll her eyes. He said he fought and was injured I Vietnam and is able to get his meds for free, he felt that was the reason for the rolling of the eyes(getting the meds for free). Shame on her…he fought for us, he deserves more than that. My mistake is that I should have stood up right ten and there and thanked that man and apologized for her behavior. The same young lady was also short and seemed annoyed when an elderly woman who was slow and a bit confused was leaving. Many people judge an office by the way they are treated by front office staff. Just saying….."

"Had rt sided cath and when I returned for follow up, the rude billing person said we don’t take your insurance anymore Aetna! I had to leave without seeing dr who was suppose to explain results of tests in NYC. How am I suppose to find out the cardiac cath results! Unheard of!"
