"Since they changed to sun River Health, it is impossible to make appointments, get referrals, prescription refill or get a hold of the doctor. When you call, someone from a call center answers and they take a written message which is supposed to go straight to the office but it doesn't. I requested many time to be transferred to the office in Goshen to speak with the person in front desk but I have been denied. The call center claims that they can not transfer any phone calls. Very disappointed with the costumer service and call center."
