"Cab driver are always over 10min late after you call them then they have the nerve to go to the gas station without asking if it's ok and the majority act like they don't know english.. I'm over this cab service always making me late to work."
"The phone ring but goes on hold with a recorded fake dispatch person talking, without out warning you. They never pick up if they do you are hung up on almost immediately they are never on time lie about the wait they also stole my son's cell phone, lied and said the driver will drop it off he never did. They just need to close down horrible, horrible service."
"Terrible cab service from the dispatcher to the driver. My 5 minute wait time turned into 40 minutes. They increased their fare in 2 weeks from $15 to $25. The cab driver did not wear his face mask until half way through the ride. He was also driving 73mph on a 50 limit. Lyft and Uber had cheaper fares but I wanted to support local cab companies and this is what I get. I DO NOT recommend them at all!"
