"QM Leasing is a superb service for a driver! Those that are giving negative reviews may have merely had an isolated, bad luck and/or circumstantial experience. The taxi business in NYC has rebounded very well, and QM is a reflection of it - new cars, updated software, great garage, and the people in administration really treat you like a customer. They explain succinctly the options, and make it easy for a driver to decide what he/she wants to do (lease weekly or DOV). They make things very secure and comfortable without loose ends, and it's quite a bonus they are quite friendly (Taisha, Renu, Billy, Peter and Stanley are those whom I have had the pleasure of dealing with so far). The new car in the photo is the one QM leased to me."
