"When I called for a local fare (5min from their base address) at 9p, the woman who answered says,”when would you need the ride?” (Like most ppl calling for a cab requesting a pickup are hoping you can come in 2hrs) I asked, “when’s the earliest you can come?” She says, “I don’t have anything now”. So I repeat my question, & she sounds irritated, & just repeats, “I don’t have anything now.” When I asked to clarify if that means there is no one working the rest of the night, she says, “No.” This isn’t the first time this nonsense has happened when I’ve called this company...SO SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME & DONT BOTHER CALLING THEM. Super unprofessional... They’re prolly an Uber driver, so you’ll have better luck on the app."

"This company is very unprofessional. The guy who books the calls is always rude and hangs up on people. On top of that they are always late or you call the night before and they dont show up at all. Just yesterday the driver had me call the guy while i was in the store and he complained saying he thought i meant sunoco when i said i needed to go to Mobil and even gave streets, he then proceded to yell at me tell me to find a new company and hung up. When i went outside his driver was gone and i was stranded at a gas station. Im doing everything in my power to report this whole company."

"Showed up within ten minutes of being called. Driver was courteous while not being overly chatty. Didn't even blink an eye when I threw him a random stop that wasn't on the way. Good service."
