"They are consistently terrible with mobile orders. I will place an order and deliberately show up 10 minutes after getting a text saying my order is ready for pickup, and it’s still not ready. There are times when it actually is ready, and the workers don’t bother to put it on the pickup shelf. Then I have to wait in line, just to ask to get my order. No excuses, this staff needs retraining."
"Their drive thru was closed and we had to go in. Seems the kitchen was a bit chaotic. Had to wait a loooong time for the food. The manager was very nice but trying to keep it together. The people preparing the food seemed frustrated/flustered. After all that wait, my order was missing some items. **This review is from 1 month ago. I had submitted it under the wrong location/restaurant.**"
"The service here is both agonizingly slow and poor. The staff can’t seem to comprehend basic orders. Forget the drive through if there is more than 2 cars you will be waiting about 20-30 minutes"
"I asked for an avocado melt, they tell me that they don’t have the bread. AND don’t even give me the avocado. I ask for an avocado Salad… no avocado… worst Panera I’ve ever been to and they lie about what they serve you. They also don’t give you a receipt at the drive through so you can’t get any compensation. Never coming back after 8pm."
"Never a bad meal at Panera. Not perfect…. My chicken avocado melt was cold in the middle…. And my French onion soup bread bowl was a tad shy on soup. But everything tasted great. I was starving and as usual Panera was fresh and thankfully not crowded at at. Staff is friendly and the place is very clean. It’s a good stop."
