"This review is based on my (albeit infrequent) experiences in the store over the course of a few years. I really want to give this place my business. But whenever I go in to buy something or see if they can have a prescription filled, I leave confused, or feeling sour or ripped off. Bandages (and in general, most items in the store) are more expensive than other places. When I ask if they have an item in stock, I feel like I'm pulling teeth; it sometimes takes the staff a while to acknowledge I'm even there! I also feel the staff gives priority to white, Russian-speaking old ladies over anyone else, especially PoC or anyone who doesn't speak Russian. At least the place is well lit, clean, and looks organized."
