"My mother had a stroke and went to Encompass for rehab. I cannot say enough complimentary things about this facility. Our case manager, Therese was absolutely fantastic. She kept me informed of her progress and care. She also was patient and kind when responding to my inquiries. The nursing staff is excellent. One of the nurses in particular was a bright spot in my mother's stay. Nelson is a fantastic nurse who kept her smiling even during her most challenging days. The aids are caring and compassionate and never made her feel like she was a burden. She was treated with dignity and respect at all times. The therapists did an incredible job. Not only did my mother improve significantly, but they taught my husband and I how to care for her once she was released from their care."

"Encompass Health Rehab was an unexpected blessing. After a recent family emergency we had to decide where our family member would go for rehabilitation. This decision was not to be taken lightly as it would directly affect the future of our family. We did some research and decided on Encompass Health Care. As stated earlier this decision was definitely an unexpected blessing. The staff were not only professional and courteous, but they truly cared about our family member who was affected by a massive stroke. They not only worked with him to get him physically well, but were also there helping him with his mental well being, which to our family was of equal importance. Our family would like to Express our heartfelt appreciation to the following staff who went above and beyond: From the receptionists Peggy :) Jacqueline, Jeanie, Diane, and Joanne who greeted us with warm smiles and wished us well every day. The Nurse Aides: Myra, Sabrina, and Alex who were instrumental in helping our family member when he was not able to care for his own basic needs, and didn't make him feel like a burden (no matter how many times he rang his bell.) The Nurses: Taylor, Stacey, Angel, Denise and Barbara who balanced their professional knowledge with genuine caring concern. Physical Therapists: Maria, Christine, Jessie Occupational Therapists: Kelly, and Lauren And Speech Therapists: Sarah and Denise who showed kindness, compassionate, and consideration all while pushing our loved one on the road to recovery. (Peanutbutter) And finally the Nurse Supervisor: Adrian who assisted us with options both while in rehab and upon release from the facility. Words cannot describe how much of an impact your staff has made on our family. Because of your concentrated effort, our family member is continuing to push himself at home in an effort to reach his peak. I also worked in the health-care field, so this note of appreciation is well-founded. Thank you again for all you have done and continue to do for your patients both now and in the future. And if there is someone who reads this review and needs some form of rehabilitation, do not look any farther..... This is the place for you."

"Do you care about your loved one? Don't allow them to come here. We had more than one unpleasant experience here. There are a small handful of people there that actually care and know what they're doing and my family is grateful for them. However, there are many more that are clueless. My advice is to not take what you're told at face value because the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing...KNOW what's going on, ASK questions, and ADVOCATE."

"I can't say enough good things about this facility. My husband was a patient there and the staff was awsome. They addressed all his needs and our concerns. Everyone was always so helpful and accommodating. Clean facility and easy to get to off the park way. We at first was not going to choose them, due to the distance, but it was well worth the drive. When he walked out the facility we were confident we could continue his care at home due to the education and instruction s we received. The support was only a phone call away. Special thanks to Jennifer our case manager who made this journey so much easier."
