"This pharmacy discriminates against certain people’s personality. If they don’t like your general personality, they will not sell you products. They literally said “I don’t like you, I will not sell you this product.” This is against the law, plain and simple. I will be contacting the better business bureau to file a discrimination complaint. DO NOT GO HERE! There are plenty of other pharmacies to go to around the area. Llana Petrova and Daniel Kogan are completely disrespectful and the complete opposite of how a pharmacist should treat customers."

"Sorry, but 1 star for not a good refund and exchange policy. No returns for purchased merchandise, store credit only. If pharmacy's management allows a return (for merchandise in it's original condition - packaging), they reserve a right to refund only 50% of the costs paid (50% of the retail costs they would like to substract for restocking fee). Herbs purchased in this pharmacy will not be accepted for refund. This is actually posted here publicly online, claiming these kind of returns are prohibited by law, which is not exactly true, as by the law only return of Rx meds is prohibited. Over the counter medicines (including herbal supplements, etc.) isn't. But the selection of the products is great - not just the herbs, but essential oils, although prices are higher than in some other pharmacies. Staff tells you that you may only apply for the store 15% discount card after / if you ask your MD to send Rx to them, as they would like to make money on that first. Overall staff is friendly, and bilingual with Russian language."
