"Recently remodeled, it offers a more expansive meeting room and nice kitchen amenities. The clubhouse is only available to residents and their guests. They do have a pool that is open for the summer and this is also available only to residents and guests. Ample parking is available and the building is handicap accessible. No food or drink is available unless you bring it yourself."
