"I sought the help of NYC Modern Home when I wanted to re-do a small, problematic second bedroom: two sides were windows and a pillar; a third had the entry door with a small wall; and the 4th, a long wall with one outlet. How could it hold a convertible sofa, a desk, lighting, a comfortable chair, and a closet and at the same time appear spacious and uncluttered? Interior Designer Glen Kinnaird came up with clever and inventive suggestions comprised of color and built-ins that I and lucky sleepover guests continue to enjoy. What's more Glen Kinnaird handled all the interactions with the company that made the built-ins to order and whatever else arose; he hired and dealt with contractors. I could relax while he took on the redecorating pressures with panache."
