"Really happy with our kitchen from Scavolini. Our designer Avivit as amazing to work with and was able to customize a design working with our architect. The installation crew is very professional and did a great job with installation. Love using the kitchen and have got several compliments on it!"
"I wish I had read these reviews before I engaged with this company. They are as awful as everyone claims. Their designers have zero sense of customer service. They take weeks to return emails or phone calls. They don't take their garbage with them after they do the install. Several of the cabinet doors did not match in color. This is such a problem, they have hired a third party person to re-paint them. I can't get anyone to return my calls or emails and they are not done with the project. Run, don't walk, away from this company."
"Dishonest group, period. We filed complaints with BBB, Consumer Affairs, and hired an attorney. As stressfull as it can be to do a complete rebuild on a brownstone in NYC, hiring Scavolini was the worst decision I made. They delayed our project by months and tried to upcharge us with new proposals mid way through the project. There are plenty of great kitchen designers in NYC, this is not one of them. They just opened a Soho Gallery as well, don't be fooled by the bells/whistles and presentation."
