"Most of the items are now behind locks, and there's no urgency to unlock them when a customer needs one. The ATM is out of service 90% of the time due to people tampering with it, it should just be removed already. Also when school let's out, this store gets bombarded with reckless young knuckleheads misbehaving. When this was a Rite aid and there was an armed guard ,these weren't much of an issue. Funny how that works."

"I came with my prescription for two medicines. The lady says that takes 1 hour for been ready. Ok. I come back one hour late. It seems that she put the recipes away and when I cane back she recalls. So I’m still here waiting. Its been 2h20min. Still waiting"

"Very rude short Asian lady w a short hair cut. I’m trying to ask her about the pharmacy and she’s like “closed” so I asked for more information on when it will be open again and she’s literally walking away from me as I’m asking for help and assistance. She didn’t even seem to want to help me actually the way she seemed annoyed that even asked for help"

"I was here with an appointment for a vaccine. According to Andre. At Pharmacy area, after validated information on the system everything dissapear. It was obvious a finger was enter in the wrong bottom and the information dissapear. I always have bad experience in this specific Pharmacy. Just one hour for a vaccine, too much time."

"I’ve never had such a bad experience at any other Walgreens in my entire life!!! I paid for a Uber to get here in order to pick up money through western union. I get to the register and I’m told by her to “go over there.” Then she tells me to go to a specific register in order to receive money. I wait on line 10-20 minutes just to then be told go to the computer. I said to her why didn’t you tell me that to begin with she then says “you have to ask correctly.” That is so rude when it’s my first time doing it this way why not give good customer service and help. So she then says to me it’s not her problem that I don’t know how to use the computer. Helloooo you work there it’s like she did not care yet you work in customer service?! Wow"
