Patient only:

"I have called for a patient medication, unfortunately patient was not on file but the pharmacist was very unprofessional and was in a rush stated patient was not a patient and hanged up. I have called again pharmacist responds with an attitude, I have explained that patient had a sibling that received their medication, then she asked for all the information to register into their system....That was what she was supposed to do in the first place. I understand that pharmacy is very stressful but that was that the way you handle or talk to a doctors office."
