"Waited 58 min Came to pharmacy and when my turn came once they said 20 min and when I waited 20 min and went back they said oh sorry we never started it so come back in another 20 Took me 1 hour to get my med and it was not so busy"

"So inconsiderate, and wait times horrible. The staff are rude and have no ethics whatsoever; forget about the phone lines they never pick those up and keep disconnecting you."

"The pharmacist sheriff ibrahim was very rude to me and treated me as I was nothing. He was unprofessional, and I watched him treat others better than me, which is discrimination. He made me feel like my pain was not justified. People have bad days but as a pharmacist, I expect so much more. I will NEVER go back to this location, if he is still an employee here. I’m hope he doesn’t treat other people the way he treated me. He should be fired but i know that no one truly cares. Next time , I know to record."

"I transferred my medications to CVS from Walgreens thinking it would be a much better experience but it has definitely not been better. I understand that things are very different in the world of Covid now but when CVS closes the drive thru because they are constantly short handed employees, it really affects those of us that have disabilities and is hard to come inside or be around others. I believe that Drive-Thru should stay open even if the wait time is long. I have driven to CVS to have had to leave without my meds. Everyone should be taken into consideration when making decisions to close the drive-thru. Thank you."
