"The new pharmacist who works here (Ken) doesn’t know how to do his job, I’ve been going here for years and the pharmacy has always made it convienent for me to get my medication right there and then. This new pharmacist told me my prescription was going to be ready by today and I called to ask and they told me he hasn’t even placed the order for it yet and claimed he never told me that even though I spoke to him a few days ago. I will reporting him to who ever is in charge, it’s not the first time he’s made it inconvenient for me to get my prescription. Kevin on the other hand is great, refer to him only if you want your prescription ready fast!"

"I came here to get my infant daughter’s prescription filled on a Friday. I arrived as soon as I could after I left work, about 5:15. The website claims that they are open until 6:00pm. They were closed. Now they will not open again until Sunday, according to their website. So my daughter will have the rest of the night and a whole day without her medicine. I will show up on Sunday to get her medication and I will not be returning. Extraordinarily poor business practices for a place that supplies people with important health needs."
