"It used to be good. They changed the system on the phone and is the worst service ever. They are very professional when they answer the phone calls. The lady the used to be there I guess she left. You have to improve the service..PS I almost forgot they said is open from 10 am to 6 pm, and you go at 5 pm and is closed."

"I have been going to this pharmacy for a very long time, my dad is a diabetic and his prescriptions are sent to this pharmacy, I have experienced the worst customer service from one of the employees, I was told her name is Maple as per the manager whoms name is Kelsy, this young lady took it upon herself to argue with me because I was asking her about my dads prescription seems as if she was misunderstanding and started to yell at me even gave the phone to Kelsy, the same person yelling at me over the phone was the same person who I saw personally arguing with a gentleman at the pharmacy and saying very nasty things. This is not the customer service that I was accustomed to, This has been happening for like 6 months now, I believe they have new employees who obviously are not trained or equipped to work with people."
