"These people are the rudest people I have ever met. This is obviously a UPS Access Point. I called to check on a package that I missed delivered to my house. I wanted to make sure that it was there at the store so I called Friday and it wasn't there so I called back Monday. I guess the owner was inconvenienced by my question judging from his response. If you are running a business it would be nice if you could be more pleasant to your customers on the phone. Who talks to people like that. There customer service etiquette is the worst. Now I understand why they get such horrible reviews. If it rained brains the owner would never get wet. Learn to treat people with more respect. If you don't want to deal with the public then don't chose jobs that has you dealing with the public. It's that simple. You chose that position, no one sent for you."
