"I gave the pharmacy 1 star just because I had to rate it. They made a big deal about me not having my mothers pill bottle or the receipt that noted only receiving a partial refill just to discover that they didn’t have the medication at all! Aren’t things like this supposed to be in their notes?! Things happen BUT you didn’t have the medication on 4/15 and still don’t have it today?! When inquiring about the medication OVER THE PHONE, why not tell me then?! And THEN when I asked why the gentleman tell me over the phone that they didn’t have the medication, THE LADY AND MAN IGNORED ME! HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was not hostile in my tone or body language. I didn’t curse. I didn’t hit anything or threaten anyone so WHY be so rude?! I had a terrible experience today. I hope no one ever has this type of experience..."
